Nice building and rooms with good amenities. Location - comfy close enough to the gorgeous mountains, and the restaurant up front. Also, in Coke Ovens Bluegrass festival.

Bad smell in the room.

The place was super quiet and peaceful, with just the right amount of people around. the staff was good about giving you your space and not hovering around. Also, the location was convenient-close to the restaurant and other facilities.

The language barrier was a bit of an issue during my stay. the owners seemed to have trouble understanding English, which made communication a bit challenging.
